Wow from the first moment we spoke on the phone Corbin was so positive in his ability to take care of our situation. 2 years prior I signed a loan for my son a new truck. At the time my credit score was mid 700's. Soon after he was making late payments and ultimately defaulted on the loan. My credit plummeted to the mid 500's My wife and I struggled for 2 years to bring our score to low 600's. We built a great relationship with the homeowner. My wife loved the home and one day hoped we could purchase it.
