Why only 5 stars??? My wife and I would give TEN to Jeannie if we could!!! Jeannie is a ROCK STAR! The best. Always communicative, will answer you during the weekday, evenings, weekends. Doesn't matter. She's there. Never 'off the clock'.

Jeannie is the kind of person who forms RELATIONSHIPS. She gives you the kind of personal attention you might expect from a small, local bank in your area but quite frankly we feel Jeannie is far better than any local bank.

Pleasant to work with. Able to explain the process as needed. Was available most of the time. He called a little too often and probably needed to specify the method of communication more up front
