Lorans is helpful and provides clear communication. He makes sure things get done and get done swiftly. Michelle is an excellent communicator and extremely knowledgeable! I particularly like the fact that we never actually spoke in person. I like how Michelle got right down to business and texted me everything I needed to know, which is definitely my preferred method of communication.
