Extremely rude and dismissive. She questioned why I looked into a loan and then as I’m saying bye on a phone call, feels the need to mention I was denied before I could hang up . That’s not respectful or professional in the least. It’s most definitely not how you gain clients or referrals.

There are not enough starts to properly rate Kristen, she is an amazing professional and 5 stars just doesn't do justice! Kristen is a rockstar and expert in her field. A refi process is intensive, data heavy and requires management of a lot of moving parts, entities and documentation.
