I originally was going to sign with the home builders bank to gain incentives, but I wanted a second opinion so I called Rocket Mortgage and I got Steven. Awesome and professional, he was able to get me much better deal and found oddities in the other banks quote they tried to slide past me. Super glad I called Steven, I have no complaints sitting in my new home because of Steven
