Dalton was great during the sales process, but after deciding on Rocket as my lender I was not pleased with the ongoing quality of service and felt like I received uninformed, and then unresponsive guidance on navigating rate movement prior to closing.

Jeannie was very helpful as I waffled for a year about when to buy and then sent me everything I needed when I jumped into the market. I do suggest banking with Charles Schwab when working with Rocket as you get a significant deduction on interest rates. The process was as stress free as buying a house can be -- I say as a first time home buyer.

Loved Mike..he was by far the best loan officer we have ever worked with. He was polite, always attentive and showed personal interest in our needs. He was always there when we had con cerns or questions and always got back to us in a timely fashion. But his personality was so upbeat and positive and made the whole experience easier and less stressful. Myles reacted very immaturely when I decided to change mortgage companies. He intentionally kept me from getting earnest money back out of spite when he could have easily resolved it. He the wrote a bad review on my realtor, again out of spite. Disgusted with Myles and rocket mortgage for this behavior.
