"Always Available" is how I would describe Adam. He checked in weekly until my previous home was sold (which too a long time during the holidays). He kept my loan up to date and ready when the home sold and I was ready to purchase the new home. I think he was just as excited as I was after waiting for things to fall into place after 6 months! Once he flipped the switch, it went as smooth as glass...."Always Available" is how I would describe Adam. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jeannie regarding our loan. She was so personable and put us at ease while we were going through the process. Very responsive. Very easy to talk to. Closed over 10 days early. And most importantly, he recommended a conventional loan that was my best option. Every other lender first suggested FHA loans they knew looked appealing but had associated costs that were hard to recognize but eventually would cost more. Once I showed the other lenders TJ's loan that I was going with, suddenly they all tried to ...Very responsive. Very easy to talk to. Closed over 10 days early. well i have tried four or five time over the last 2 years to refi to no succes because all the apprasers the banks use i feel are crooks. Until i spoke Jeannie she got a no appraseal loan and i am so happy with her and Rocket i will tell all my friends to call her
