Fernando is the gold standard in his line of work. It sounds silly but in my opinion it's true.
We had a difficult financial situation and attempted to refinance in 2017. Fernando worked his behind off and tried everything he could to get it done. Unfortunately it was out of his hands and he recommended we try again in 2018 to allow some time for things in our past to work themselves out.

We called him up again in 2018 and not only did he remember us by name but he had saved everything he had previously done which saved all of us time when we worked on the refinance again.
He is available whenever we have questions and is always pleasant and makes sure that we completely understand everything we talk or email about. He is also right on top of keeping us updated with the status of everything to do with our loan.
This is not our house or first time refinancing a mortgage. We have done business with many different agents in the last 20+ years, including when we first bought our current home. Fernando is by far the best we have dealt with.
Yes, there were things that didn't go as well as we hoped and there were a few times I got upset on the phone with him but in the end I had to apologize to him because none of it was his fault.
