I honestly don't think there is more that Merribeth could have done to help me get my house. I said it, it's my house. She knew I was a first time buyer and she definitely knew that I knew nothing about the process. People warned me about being prepared for lots of running around to get the paperwork done etc. But, it ended up being so simple and clear for me. Juan has been a huge help though this streeful process. Anytime I had a question he was there to guide and help me, at night in the morning on the weekends it didn’t matter when. He would text me and say,” hey I know ur looking at houses this weekend hope it goes well let me know if you need anything and how it goes” or” hey I’m hear all weekend if you have any questions feel free to call”. almost...Juan has been a huge help though this streeful process. You won’t find any Morgage Specialist better than James. He was always there to help 24/7 in the 2 years before I settled on my house , checked with me every week on my house hunting, diligent in preparing my house offers, easy to deal with, and made home buying easy and quick. My realtors were also amazed and he made Rocket Mortgage a go to company.
