I have been working with Catherine for a couple of years now. And I have to say, she is a pleasure to deal with and I have never had any issues. When my clients need a pre-approval, they receive it the same day most of the time. Of course depending on the time of day I contact her and when my clients get the information she requested that is. I have had deals with Catherine where we were clear to close in less than 3 weeks! Which is spectacular! Even recently, I had a coop transaction and they can take usually up to 90 days. We were closed in 7 weeks! Half the time! They also have a section of the website where the realtors can track the status of their deals in process which is great! But I rarely use it. Why you ask, cause I have full faith in Catherine and her team to get the job done! So I don’t have to worry. And if you use Catherine Twigg, you won’t have to worry either! So basically, she will always be my first call on all of my clients. Catherine thank you sooo much for your expertise, professionalism, fast service and always being available! Rocket Mortgage made the right choice by hiring you! Again thank you!
