I became fearful about talking to individuals that I could not see and asked them to stop calling me. In December, after talking to two different individuals about their experiences with Rocket Mortgage, I decided to try again. I immediately told Dustin that I was uncomfortable with the process even though I knew it would save me money. Dustin was very patient from start to finish. He answered my questions, and I never had to wait long for a return call or email. I would say that my experience was perfect. However, there was a mild misunderstanding concerning the last payment of my January mortgage. I thought my last payment was December, however I needed to make the January payment. I am pleased with Rocket Mortgage and with the service that Dustin provided. He turned a life changing decision into a smooth transition for me and my family.
