James is the best mortgage loan banker ever. He was always on and always available... even on the weekend and at night. When we contacted Carrie at Rocket Mortgage, we knew exactly what we wanted and just needed someone to share if they could offer what we wanted and in a timely manner. She gave us some options and gave us a day to discuss before following up. She was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. She locked in the rate we wanted and it was the lowest when compared to 8 other options. We were through the lending approval before closing and had absolutely no hiccups in the process.
