Ronnie did a FANTASTIC job. He was the only one who respected our work schedule and did as we asked regarding not contacting us per cell phone during the day. I would recommend him to everyone I know. He knew what we needed to send in and kept us aware of what was going on with the loan. He tried to remove our cell phone number from a previous account. Tiffany is such a pleasure to work with! She is equally professional and client friendly. She is extremely patient and seems to anticipate questions before they are asked, I am hearing impaired and she was so kind and had no problem repeating her statements,sometimes over and over.
