I cannot thank Brian enough! I completed the application on a wing and a prayer and had the wonderful fortune to be randomly assigned to Brian. He helped me through this process from start to finish. He was ALWAYS available to take my call, answer a question, or simply calm my nerves. When problems arose, he accepted the challenge instead of defeat. Even when I got close to closing and was transferred to a new department, he answered my calls and even reached out to me to make sure everything was going well with my new representatives.
