Roberto explained exactly what had negatively impacted my credit score so drastically and developed a strategy to get it corrected almost immediately. He went the extra mile on a day he was not available firsthand and after a text I sent (not knowing he was out of reach) I got a call from a colleague who was fully informed of my situation and provided full coverage and advanced the case further in a matter of minutes.
