Tim is awesome!! Eric and I were already approved by another lender, and on a whim, we called Rocket Mortgage to be sure we had an excellent rate with the company we were with. Low and behold, Tim gave us an incredible deal that the other company couldn't match. Not only was our deal much better, the entire loan process moved so much quicker with him.
