Amy answered the call in any tough situation that arose. However partly why tough situations arose was because of Rocket Mortgage way of handing off from agent to agent depending on the stage the loan was in. It would've been nice to deal with just Amy the entire time. At the very least it would've been nice to have an official hand-off to the next person.
