I'm not sure what to write that hasn't already been said in pretty much every other review, but I can tell you that my experience was nothing but positive.

Kevin seems to know when a gentle nudge helps us first-time home-buyers make up our minds, but I never felt like he was pressuring me to buy into something I wasn't ready for or couldn't really afford. As others have said, he knows his stuff, ...I'm not sure what to write that hasn't already been said in pretty much every other review, but I can tell you that my experience was nothing but positive.
