We had a great experience with Sam. He was very responsive and transparent. Most of all, after realizing it would get us a better rate, he passed us on to a different broker working on their partnering program with Schwab. I imagine that cost him his commission, but it will save us a bunch of money over the next 30 years. Five stars.

The experience with Sarah and the rest of the Rocket team was incredibly smooth. Everything was very transparent and clear, and they were easy to get a hold of on the phone and quick to respond to emails. We were a bit difficult, e.g. moving the closing date with short notice and calling in to check on the meaning of a clause while signing, but Sarah and the team just fixed it.
