I couldn't believe how easy it was to apply for a loan! I just bought a beautiful new townhouse! I actually applied in the comfort of my living room. The web-site was so user friendly and everyone followed up with questions I had. I never met anyone in person with Rocket Mortgage; which saved me time and did not have to leave office to meet with anyone. Dustin and his team are fantastic. They kept me informed every step of the way. They kept things moving along at a great pace. Every question was answered in a timely fashion. It was a very pleasantly surprising experience. I only wish that I had done it sooner rather than put it off for a couple of months thinking about how cumbersome the process was in the past. I gave up on local lenders because of the horrendous lack of communication between their company and myself. Dawd went above and beyond to provide me with every piece of information I needed to make an informed decision. He even continued to speak with me about questions and concerns that weren't even in his department. I will choose Rocket Mortgage and Dawd for mortgages from now on.
