Dustin and his team are fantastic. They kept me informed every step of the way. They kept things moving along at a great pace. Every question was answered in a timely fashion. It was a very pleasantly surprising experience. I only wish that I had done it sooner rather than put it off for a couple of months thinking about how cumbersome the process was in the past. I gave up on local lenders because of the horrendous lack of communication between their company and myself. Dawd went above and beyond to provide me with every piece of information I needed to make an informed decision. He even continued to speak with me about questions and concerns that weren't even in his department. I will choose Rocket Mortgage and Dawd for mortgages from now on.
