They wont give you a quick quote without you applying for a loan. Why would I apply if I don't know what they're offering. When I asked this, I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. The information needed to issue a quote was readily available with plenty of other lenders . I would stay well away from Rocket Mortgage. I decided to try Rocket Mortgage for a mortgage because I had heard that they were great to work with. I was super impressed from the first phone call through closing on our mortgage. In today's world I have come to expect impersonal scripted conversations when dealing with businesses by phone, but John actually listened and talked to me like I was a valued customer. The other staff I talked to by phone were always helpful and knowledgeable. My loan went through quickly and perfectly in spite of some issues that other banks didn't seem to be able to deal with. I loved being able to upload my documents and sign electronically, so much easier than trips to a bank. They also kept me updated frequently on the status of my loan.
