I would give Jill more than 5 stars. I spent much of my working years in customer service and she is tops on my assessment. I once had an "exchange engineer" from Pakistan as a repeat customer. He one day remarked to me that the reason I got his repeat business is because most people in America think customer service means just taking a check at the end of the sale and saying thank you, whereas...I would give Jill more than 5 stars.
