At one point during the purchase process, I overheard my husband leaving Jon a voice mail message. When he hung up, I let him know that he forgot to include his name. My husband replied, "Oh Jon will know it's me." And, sure enough Jon did. He's a great guy, and should we make another purchase, Jon will be the first person we call. Thank you, Jon Binns! I would have to say my loan experience with Manny was the only thing that was not stressful and agonizing in the home buying process. He was very efficient and patient. He kept me up to date on things constantly and answered emails and calls promptly. There were no surprises and everything went very smoothly. Excellent experience with Manny.

Jon will always call and check in with you to see if your doing well and offer his expertise with concerns about loans and see which is the best for your needs.

Honestly the only disappointing part about our Rocket Mortgage experience is that Matthew wasn't our representative all the way though to closing. The first time after we talked, my wife and I both looked at each other and agreed that Thank Goodness we got an awesome representative. If Matthew lived in Jacksonville, FL I would have offered him a job on the spot.
