I must’ve sent him 100 emails throughout the process and he always got back to me without hesitation. He was very knowledgeable and I was shocked how easy the process was. As I was watching TV one morning and a Rocket Mortgages loans commercial came on, it spoke of a loan with 1% down and got my attention but I didn't call.
