we really do appreciate your excellent help on refinancing our home mortgage, we got a very better deal as far as the interest rate and closing cost from the other mortgage companies, your help on expediting the process and specially the help to my wife when I was out of reach is appreciated very much. one thing that was very important and completely different from the experience with several other loan officers from the competitors was, that what ever that you told us about the loan offers and details was exactly what was in papers and final documents, no changes, no fouls information, very honest loan officer.

So I called Rocket Mortgage on a whim at lunch one day and I'll be ever thankful that I reached Corie. She is the best! She spent 45 minutes on the phone with me gathering info while I sat in my car at lunch. I returned to my office and she spent another 15 minutes talking me through the documents that needed to be signed. I was still a little skeptical because I just couldn't believe this process could be so easy. Nearly everything was handled via emails and online. I started this process October 18th and will be closing on November 18th at my home. Three weeks start to finish. Unbelievable!! Corie is very knowledgeable, friendly and just a delight to deal with. She made what could have been a very stressful process so easy that I'm still in a bit of disbelief. Corie's name and number are saved in my cell phone and they will always be there. Should I need any further help, or a family member or friend is in need of financial help, I will definitely be giving them her number. Thank you Corie! You're the best!!!

We were first time home buyers and had a limited idea of what we were doing. Jenny helped us through the entire process, from ensuring we had the best price for our mortgage and through out the paperwork process. I would recommend Robbie to anyone looking for a new home loan or to anyone looking to refinance their existing mortgage. I was looking to refinance my loan as to not have to pay the monthly mortgage insurance portion of my monthly mortgage payment and Robbie provided me with the information I needed. In order to not have to pay the mortgage insurance monthly you have to have a loan to value ...I would recommend Robbie to anyone looking for a new home loan or to anyone looking to refinance their existing mortgage. I was looking to refinance my loan as to not have to pay the monthly mortgage insurance portion of my monthly mortgage payment and Robbie provided me with the information I needed. In order to not have to pay the mortgage insurance monthly you have to have a loan to value (LTV) ratio of 80% or less. Robbie provided me an approximate value of my home and informed me it would be better to wait to some point in the future when the loan Loan to Value (LTV) ratio reached 80%. He said he would keep in touch. From my conversation with Robbie, I could tell he is very intelligent and very knowledgeable in all aspects of lending and definitely with mortgage loans. He did not try to sell me a loan I did not need. If you are looking for a loan and specifically a mortgage, I would highly recommend Robbie to anyone. Five Stars!Read MoreRead Less
