Chris made this entire home buying experience much easier. I completely dreaded the process but he was always there to help with any question and often would anticipate the next move or suggest something. He would often call to see if I was OK or needed anything . If there was a problem with paperwork or forms then he would jump in and walk me through it. If I called him he would always answer immediately. He gave me his personal number so I could call him in his off hours with problems. He would often solve whatever worry or concern I might have right then.
If I ever have to go through the Home Buying experience again then Chris would be the only guy I would want handling it. In all honesty, I'm not sure I could have handled the process without him. Great guy to have on your side !Read MoreRead Less

At the beginning when I communicated with Rocket Mortgage, (Katie in particular) my goal was just to compare it to my bank, we were pretty set on using our bank.
But Katie was patient & answered all my questions & was very proactive as well; even after I told her I was sure we were not going to go with them.
There was never any hard selling, I never felt pushed.
Very quickly I found I would have been a fool to not go with these guys! The % rates were equal to the banks.
My 1st mortgage process (with my bank 10 years ago) was very confusing & I felt very lost for much of the process. My husband & myself had a very different experience with Rocket Mortgage. I was never stressed dealing with them & we were helped at every step. I felt really good and in control through the entire process.
If you are considering lenders, give her a call!
