I represented the Buyer that Josh handled the loan for. The transaction went very smoothly and we closed as scheduled. Sometimes dealing with people outside your local lenders can be hard. The experience with a Josh was not like that. He communicated with me and kept me up to date all the way to closing. I just throw my hands up & thank our creator for Matthew Goldberg! So here i am going through a divorce feeling like my world is ending & now i need some place to go. I don't have alot of family i want to stay with so ,i want to stand on my two feet! I've never personally been through the process of purchasing a home , I'm pretty and scared! Where to begin.... George has been phenomenal throughout the process of my home purchase.
