Eric was friendly, easy to work with and kept the ball rolling. Any time another step was ready to be taken in the process, I'd do my part and shortly after, he'd do his. I wasn't constantly calling and waiting to hear back, he was Johnny on the spot through the whole process! We started paperwork the 27th of August and I closed on the 20th of September. Saba was very kind and awesome to us! If she was unable to answer the phone she always called us back in a timely manner. I was upset that as our loan process progressed, we were sent to another person so we no longer got to work with Saba. That's when we started having issues with Rocket Mortgage in general! If you do decide to go with Rocket Mortgage be sure to ask for Saba, she with definitely ...Saba was very kind and awesome to us! I looked into doing a loan consolidation of our mortgage and HELOC, but at first was skeptical that it would make sense from a financial standpoint because we already had a good rate on our mortgage. I was very pleasantly surprised. Throughout the whole process, Allen was always friendly, accessible and available for any questions after the initial application over the phone. I have no hesitation in giving my highest recommendation for Allen and would strongly encourage anyone in the market for a home loan or contemplating a mortgage refinance or loan consolidation to contact him!
