I had an exceptional experience with Curtis Wakely, Senior Credit Upgrade Consultant at Rocket Mortgage. He went above and beyond to stay in contact with me while helping delete (via letter of removal) a stale $122 credit collection, after full payment, from the reporting agency. Curtis provided valuable guidance, verbiage and institutional experience for negotiating with the collections company, ...I had an exceptional experience with Curtis Wakely, Senior Credit Upgrade Consultant at Rocket Mortgage.
