Nathan exceeded my expectations in every way! When I first talked to him on the phone, I specified that I needed to find someone who must be able to close in 30 days. He firmly replied "Yes", which set him apart from the competitors. He is very knowledgeable and responsible. He responded to my emails and phone calls right the way. Kevin works long hours and was available whenever I needed him. Sometimes at 7 or 8pm and he would spend as much time as I needed to get through each part of the process. It was really very easy, especially for Kevin's help. They do it all from inspections, to title searches, to escrow and Kevin made sure to find us the best interest rate possible.
