Dan is a smart man and easy to work with! The whole team is great. The one time I thought "hmm, that other guy wasn't as great to talk with as the rest of the team has been", well that team member was quickly replaced, without me even saying anything. In all the research I’ve done thus far no one has even come close to actually getting the process started for me. Michael truly seems like he wants to help me get into a house and in this profession this character is sometimes hard to find.
