Dealing with finances, especially "big" finances such as a refinance is something that I not only have never done, but I had held a lot of anxiety about. I found Derek after a failed attempt to get my (then) bank to help me. Where my old bank rep was condesending and totally unhelpful...Derek was the complete opposite. I was expecting him at anytime to tell me that our request was undoable.
