We just closed on our house today, and let me tell you - Andrew was incredible! He always went over and above to help us jump every hurdle necessary to get the house bought. Andrew has become my new friend! I feel like I should invite him and his family for Christmas!! Seriously, he was that personable and working with him and Rocket Mortgage was a fantastic experience!!!

Joshua is absolutely wonderful! I wouldn't want anyone else working on my loan. He deeply cares about helping people get into a home. He will work super hard (even on Saturdays and Sundays!) We had a tricky financial situation and he helped us through. He is extremely dedicated and is a man of the people. Love Joshua!!

I’d give Ebony far more than 5 stars if the option existed. When we first communicated, I was expecting an asthma attack and brain fog while in the final stages of an intestinal problem. She has every right to think my head was pilled with large rocks where my brain should be. Instead, she hooked me up with a technology expert and remained on the line until I had successfully created a new email ...I’d give Ebony far more than 5 stars if the option existed. Instead, she hooked me up with a technology expert and remained on the line until I had successfully created a new email account to access required documents, and patiently walked me through a seemingly endless series of self-induced errors to successful complete my application. But wait. There are other examples of her going beyond the call of duty, but in the interest of brevity I’ll end this review with this ultimate compliment from this old lady: she was always professional, but working with her was like teaming up with a long-time friend. This was our 2nd purchase with Andrew. The first deal we were not having a good experience with the other lender, he stepped in got an approval very quickly and closed without extending the contract. This time it was a lot of hurdles but Andrew always had a solution to help the situation so we could close. I really appreciate all the hard work Andrew put in to helping make it happen.
