She is personable, attentive, and thorough. She succinctly answered all of our questions, proactively provided information to guide us through the home mortgage process. This was my second home purchase, and Jennifer, I believe, made the process as easy as possible. It was a notable pleasure dealing with Rocket Mortgage, and much of that is due to Jennifer's handling of our account.
