I was lucky to get Jeff. He answered the phone when I called Rocket Mortgage as a result of a missed call from them. He promptly looked at my situation and said he could help. I was skeptical at first but Jeff is a bulldog in a great way. He found a product to help us refi. Great job Jeff. It was a quick process in keeping with the name Rocket Mortgage

Scott was the first of many lender representatives to contact me. I told him I wanted to talk with several lenders and there was no sales pitch to get me to just sign on with him. In the end I did go back to Scott at Rocket Mortgage and he walked me through every step of the loan process. Scott was awesome and I would readily refer friends and family to him. Collin was very patient with me as I shopped around for mortgages. He was available to answer any questions I might've had and never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions (although I'm sure sometimes I was).

He operated effectively in the space between hard sell and backing off enough to give me the room I needed to come to a decision that felt right for me and my situation.

Getting a mortgage can be a stressful time but Collin was a calm and reliable guide through the process.
