Scott was the first of many lender representatives to contact me. I told him I wanted to talk with several lenders and there was no sales pitch to get me to just sign on with him. In the end I did go back to Scott at Rocket Mortgage and he walked me through every step of the loan process. Collin was very patient with me as I shopped around for mortgages. He was available to answer any questions I might've had and never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions (although I'm sure sometimes I was).
