I had contacts with Ms. Foose by, telephone and e-mail. Ms. Foose was always cordial, professional and to the point. Her paperwork and timeliness of mailing/responding to requests, questions etc., was astoundingly efficient! 1st let me say, Before this, I thought of Rocket Mortgage as a discounted store version of a mortgage Leander. I didn’t even really want to check it out!

I was referred to Katie by Jenn VanHoff. Jenn was VERY insistent that before I commit to my bank to call Katie.
At the beginning when I communicated with Rocket Mortgage, (Katie in particular) my goal was just to compare it to my bank, we were pretty set on using our bank.
But Katie was patient & answered all my questions & was very proactive as well; even after I told her I was sure we were not going to go with them.
There was never any hard selling, I never felt pushed.
Very quickly I found I would have been a fool to not go with these guys! The % rates were equal to the banks.
My 1st mortgage process (with my bank 10 years ago) was very confusing & I felt very lost for much of the process. My husband & myself had a very different experience with Rocket Mortgage. I was never stressed dealing with them & we were helped at every step. I felt really good and in control through the entire process.
If you are considering lenders, give her a call!
