Chad and his team was so helpful in our home buying experience. As a first time in 30 years doing a mortgage, I had a lot of questions. He would always start by saying "YEP". In my dealings with Loan officers, I found Cameron Cripe very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to provide me with answers to my questions, best rates and closing costs. I was able to make a decision within few minutes to get my refinance through Rocket Mortgage. I must say, people who handle mortgage/refinance loans should be trained by Cameron. I was able to provide him with the paperwork he needed with one week. The loan was ready for closed within 20 days. He came through with his promise that the loan will be closed within 35 days and it did long before. He was in touch with me on a constant basis, to make sure things were going smoothly, even when it left his desk and went to the underwriters. He returned my calls promptly, even if it meant, after hours or weekends. Cameron deserves a bonus/raise and also a medal. Excellent employee with very positive attitude.
