I would recommend Robbie to anyone looking for a new home loan or to anyone looking to refinance their existing mortgage. I was looking to refinance my loan as to not have to pay the monthly mortgage insurance portion of my monthly mortgage payment and Robbie provided me with the information I needed. In order to not have to pay the mortgage insurance monthly you have to have a loan to value ...I would recommend Robbie to anyone looking for a new home loan or to anyone looking to refinance their existing mortgage. I was looking to refinance my loan as to not have to pay the monthly mortgage insurance portion of my monthly mortgage payment and Robbie provided me with the information I needed. In order to not have to pay the mortgage insurance monthly you have to have a loan to value (LTV) ratio of 80% or less. Robbie provided me an approximate value of my home and informed me it would be better to wait to some point in the future when the loan Loan to Value (LTV) ratio reached 80%. He said he would keep in touch. From my conversation with Robbie, I could tell he is very intelligent and very knowledgeable in all aspects of lending and definitely with mortgage loans.
