In our dealings with Rocket loans for refinance and than a new home loan, Collin performed in a totally exemplary fashion. Always available with the right answer and encouraging manner. Keeps one sane throughout the process and makes a stressful operation almost fun. When Quicken's restrictions made it impossible to close with them, he stayed in touch to make sure that...WHAT?!? ONLY 5 stars? Really?

Khesey is very knowledgeable,friendly and worked tirelessly to get me the best financing available. I feel she stayed on point with everything that was going on. It was a long drawn out process due to the owner passing away. But Khesey never wavered! I would highly recommend her!
