My experience with Jeremy as a Loan Specialist and was excellent. He was quick to answer any questions I had, and the whole process was fast and very convenient. I only had to leave my home a couple of times to fax information, even when I closed on my loan someone was willing to come to my home if necessary to sign the final papers. I have talked to a few people at Rocket Mortgage many times about getting a loan but never got anywhere. I have had home loans from Rocket Mortgage before the crash of 2006 - 2008. The service then was great.
After the crash, I didn't want to quickly jump in again. I was happy whenever I called that some of the consultants at Rocket Mortgage were indifferent.

When I really wanted desperately to buy a home because of a bad situation I got into, I was glad the operator connected me with RYAN. He explained how I can buy a home using the FHA loan with 3.5% down payment. Told me how to get the money (from my retirement account).
