Saba was very kind and awesome to us! If she was unable to answer the phone she always called us back in a timely manner. I was upset that as our loan process progressed, we were sent to another person so we no longer got to work with Saba. That's when we started having issues with Rocket Mortgage in general! I looked into doing a loan consolidation of our mortgage and HELOC, but at first was skeptical that it would make sense from a financial standpoint because we already had a good rate on our mortgage. I was very pleasantly surprised. Throughout the whole process, Allen was always friendly, accessible and available for any questions after the initial application over the phone. I have no hesitation in giving my highest recommendation for Allen and would strongly encourage anyone in the market for a home loan or contemplating a mortgage refinance or loan consolidation to contact him!
