Not my first mortgage with rocket but a terrible experience. They charge fees to verify thing, these things they had me verify several times. Set up the closing and didn’t upload the documents in the portal so neither me or the title company could get access to close, rescheduled all the while I’m paying interest on the money they were screwing up documents on.
