Wow - A+++ Service! I have been in IT customer service for years and I was incredibly impressed with how seamless Alex made the process for our first home purchase. He set us at ease and was patient with the multiple offers we put on the table for homes. He never made us feel like we were just a "sale" for him. Our closing happened in just over 30 days --- our realtor had not seen any closes in ...Wow - A+++ Service! I felt like Alex was always looking out for us and found ways to help us make the right decision as if he were the one making the decision with his finances and family. Opening up our finances and details about our needs and wants is not always simple, especially with your own brother. Alex handled everything professionally and I would not hesitate to recommend a friend or family member to use his services.

Rocket Mortgage process was superb! I could not believe how quick we closed on our home. The details were ALL covered by Alex and Rocket Mortgage to make sure our close was a success. The portal that Rocket Mortgage has to organize all documents and needed signatures/information is amazing! You always know where you are at in the process and on top of that Alex supported me every step of the way answering all questions I had prior to our closing to create an amazing experience where we could focus on our new home instead of the process of closing our loan!
