I worked with Heather when I refi'd my mortgage 2 years ago. First , the Rocket Mortgage system is great! All online and efficient. Heather was great to work with as I was planning a long vacation around the refi process and she worked with me to get all necessary docs in place prior to my departure. Then, just this summer I decided to apply for a HELOC. Again, Heather was super in guiding me...I worked with Heather when I refi'd my mortgage 2 years ago. First , the Rocket Mortgage system is great! All online and efficient. Heather was great to work with as I was planning a long vacation around the refi process and she worked with me to get all necessary docs in place prior to my departure. Then, just this summer I decided to apply for a HELOC. Again, Heather was super in guiding me on exactly what was needed. She, and her team, were just an email of phone call away from any questions I had. They were on top of it! Finally, I normally hate filling out long surveys. But, Rocket Mortgage has the best way! -- They ask only one question... "From your experience and if you owned your own business, would you hire the person you worked with?" It's a perfect question!
