I had worked with Tom a few years back on a refinance, and found him exceptional with his service. Fast forward to another refinance, and again I called Tom for help. Although he was now in a different department, he went out of his way to make sure all my needs were fulfilled, and also would check in to see how the process was going. He truly is a 5 star kinda guy!
