Josh was awesome to work with. I contacted Rocket about 2 months ago trying to compare rates. There was some negotiating to be done but Josh was always professional and on top of things. Even throughout closing, he was working behind the scenes on my loan and helped me get the best rate and terms out of any other lender at that time. 5th loan with rocket, this one was trouble from the jump. Chris proceeded to write a conventional loan when I wanted a VA loan. He’s loan costs were $5000 more than discussed initially. Which did change back once he got me the VA loan. More attention to detail and learn to listen better would be my suggestion
