It was very nice to have Sal ease my worries. Needing to raise my credit score in a short time seemed impossible. Sal was clear and calm explaining the steps needed to increase my credit score. I followed his direction. Within two weeks everything was back on track. Extremely grateful that Rocket has someone like Sal in the customer's corner.
