Eric was very helpful from day one. I could reach him most times, if I needed to and if I couldn't, I got a response within an hour or two. Eric would text me on weekends just to see how house hunting was going and to see if there was anything he could do to help. I didn't have too many questions for Eric but that is because he explained things very thoroughly the first time. Even after my account...Eric was very helpful from day one.
