The moment I decided to refinance with Rocket Mortgage and gave them a call it landed with Maha. From there on the journey through the entire process was smooth. Starting with initial explanation of how it works with Rocket Mortgage she did all the calculations over the phone and gave the best possible deal. It was a win-win situation as I had to combine 2 loans into one and remove the interest only second loan.
Maha had a good knowledge of refinance and advised as and when needed.
Now the loan closing is done and my first month due is in October. I am saving about $400 paid as interest only. Even got my initial $$$ back immediately.

Aj Kazyak atRocket Mortgage is excellent when it comes to communication between him and his client. He would always make sure you get the honest answer to any question specially for a first time house buyer/mortgage.Hed make sure his client is comfortable as you go along and decide of buying a house.Aj understand his clients situation, may it be financial or with other documents you cant have on time, he adjusts, he considers and advice for a better way to help you out, like you also have a friend in him.
